If your fitting the Hurricane, which should give an extra 20bhp, You don't need to do any machining to heads or pistons and can bolt straight in.
I was advised to use the "Michigan 77 timing set" which uses metal gear instead of the nylon Rover parts. Stronger but maybe a little noisier.
These are all the parts required to do the job.
Cam, Hydraulic followers, Timing set, seals and gaskets.
Cam spec. as follows
Duration @ .050" lift is 200 degrees on intake and 200 on exhaust. Cam lobe lift is .269" to .272" on both intake and exhaust.
